This exercise will help you explore your level of ‘felt’ responsibility for an event, and whether this is realistic. Where we identify we have taken too much responsibility, we can start to let go of some of the unwanted negative feelings. Alternatively, where we realise we have been avoiding responsibility, we can be energized to take action to improve.
